I bought this philodendron about a month ago in the shape that it is for a pretty low price. Curious to know what I should do to help it thrive and produce new leaves so far absolutely nothing has happened with this plant. Thanks in advance!

Have you checked the roots? If everything is ok and there are no pests, it might just need time to acclimatise to new conditions.
