I got this Philodendron Billietiae yesterday, the pot has one healthy plant and a dead(?) stump with mold on it (although it's still firmly rooted).
Should I just cut out the unhealthy plant/stump? completely repot the healthy one on its own? Wait for now?
What do you think?

Personally I’d pull it out and separate off the dead stump yes. Especially if it’s molding just get it out and taken care of to reduce the spread
