So I’ve this philodendron rof for since the beginning of November and have had absolutely zero growth. He had his flower when I bought him and it just hasn’t gone away. Do I need to cut it I don’t know. It’s been under a grow light, then I tried a window, I’ve used fertilizer and got nothing please help me make this guy big and strong. Am I just impatient or is something wrong?

Mine is in my grow tent, 68°-72° with humidity from 50-80%. All my tropicals are in there under a sonofarm sf4000 at 50% for 12 hours a day. She’s growing like a weed. When I had her in my front bay window during spring, summer, and fall, she had very little growth.
There is no flower that I see. I see the cataphyll of the next leaf but no flower. What in the world do you have it potted in? Looks like moss and rocks. From what I see, you should repot it into a proper coarse aroid mix.
Rings of Fire can handle average HUMIDity so that shouldn’t be the issue. How close is your GrowLight?
Perhaps consider adding some orchid bark and perlite to your peat soil, they don’t tolerate overWATERing and peat holds moisture longer.

Did you repot it at all since buying from the store? Usually stores pot plants in really dense soil that holds way too much water. That kind of soil is good for seedlings, but once they’re bigger it’s really bad. I have multiple philodendrons and they’re all thriving in a chunky soil. I make my soil mix from scratch with leca, perlite, charcoal chunks, orchid bark or mulch chunks, and a soil with worm castings. You can also buy pre made soils like this off of Etsy and maybe Amazon but depending on the quantity you need, sometimes making it yourself is cheaper.
Mine got root rot, but didn’t give any signs, just stopped growing. Might be your issue.
I’d repot it into a chunky airy mix, to start with. I’ve had mine since July and it wasn’t doing anything for about 5 months, even though it was in the southern facing window (northern hemisphere). It’s been sitting under grow light (6-8″ above, 14 hrs), and near radiator since November and it gave me 2 leaves. I see it as a success lol. Be patient and good luck!
