I don’t think it’s ever had a normal leaf. Always sort of crunchy and messed up looking. Leaves don’t even grow towards the light. I get the PPPs tend to have the stuck leaves but at this point I’m wondering if there’s something else going on.

These are a pain in the ass. I tried maybe 3 times to grow them and they just always look like crap. I don’t know what it is about them, but they just always grow poorly.
How dense is the soil? Can u easily stick a finger thru it?
How often do you water? When you water what does the soil feel like? Is it dry on top and still wet underneath when you water?
Is it in a place with alot of air currents (near fan, air vent)?
Is it being blasted by afternoon sun?
No signs if pests right?
Other plants nearby it doing ok?
Probly a watering/root issue from over compacted bad soil. Usually its overwatering, very rarely its underwatering
These guys LOOOOOVE humidity and mine didn’t start putting out nice leaves til I put it in a greenhouse cabinet. It’s so pink and glossy now
