Not sure what wrong but doesn’t look healthy for sure.
I water when the soil is completely dry, keep it in the sun for a couple hours but is by the window all day.

Lookin over watered, I’m so sorry. I’ve taken out many of strings of pearls in my day… they all shriveled. Maybe you can cut some of the healthier new growth and give it another try. Instead of watering when the soil is dry, water when the pearls closest to the soil (so the crown) feel softer and the windows are closed.
