This is exactly two months of growth on my beautiful golden pothos named Porthos (after the dog from Star Trek: Enterprise).
I was gifted him on December 4th last year from a friend, and when I looked up what type of plant he might be (I wasn't told when I was given him), seeing "pothos" made me immediately thing of Archer's dog.
Upon learning they have the ability to grow exclusively in water, I knew that was what I wanted to do with him! I want to thank those here who have helped me learn what I could do better and learn from my mistakes in caring for him. Here's to many more months!
Some fun tidbits; I got him with 3 stems and 9 healthy leaves (I ended up chopping off the one that was mangled when I got him so up to you if you want to count that as the 10th) with a bit of root growth. Now, 2 months later, he is sporting 17 with an 18th about to unfurl in the next 2 days or so!
