Perfect time to work off some turkey steam!
Gather more bags of leaves than you think you need.
We cruise our neighborhood and pickup bags heading to the landfill.
We don’t chop them and use in our pathways.
Leaves harbor all the necessary workers to build soil, suppress weeds, and retain moisture.
Garden gold!

Will make your soil acidic
How don’t they blow away?
True gold😂😂😂❤
Same with grass cuttings!
Too wet and get moldy
Leave are truly gold. I put them under my shrubbery in my front and back garden. They assist insects to survive apart from rotting down providing nutrients for the soil.
With every disease that was in the original trees.
Oh yeah, I’m live in the city and it used to be a huge thing that you knew that the street sweeper should be coming and then you know they told us not to sweep the leaves into the street before the street sweepers would come, but most people would do it and we don’t do it. We know that the bees benefit from it and it’s old ways that somehow got popular in the 60s and 70s I don’t know Same thing with raking your yard so much and Greene before Autumn
Done it for years, no disease, no mould, just stops weeds, adds to the soil every year.
Hope the wind doesn't get to them
SOOOOO VERRRY TRUE!!!!!
One of those trees been sprayed with? I know in Indianapolis the mosquito control comes around sprayed the trees in the summer. Everybody likes a good dose of pesticide.
