I really don't know a lot about airplants. Does this little guy look ok? I'm concerned about the bit of browning some of the leaves are doing. It hasn't really done much since I got it. It sits under a plant light and I soak it once a week.

Hopefully someone will come and help, there’s lots of well informed and experienced people here.
It looks like part of it may be rotting. If the leaves pull off easily that would be a sign. Make sure when you water it to water to turn it upside down and palace it near a small fan so it can dry thoroughly.
