Pics 1&2 top view of my basil. Pic 3s side view. Pic 4: I noticed the bottom of one of the stems looked like it was darkening so I cut it off and stuck it into water to propagate.

I’ve been bottom watering my basil about once a week for the past 4 weeks. I used to water it more but I’m trying to fight mold/gnats. I haven’t bored any mealy bugs/thrips/etc. I also noticed that some spots are turning yellow. My plants look a sudden turn for the worse and I really want to save them. any advise is greatly appreciated!

Pruning is the best way to rejuvenate your Basil.

Idk but good for you if you can get it to grow. Kinda pisses me off because my basil always dies. I can grow just about anything under the sun but the basil mocks me.

Too much nutrients and improper lighting.
