Sprinklers marked in red in all corners and one in centre. Run for 13 mins at 5am and 13 mins at 5pm every second day. All area is covered and gets watered. The area directly in front of the corner sprinklers seems to be where its dying. Daily temperature is currently between 30°c – 50°c this time of year. Any advice would be much appreciated

My guess is heat stress
I think you need to water longer and only in the morning. Something similar was happening with my lawn last summer because I didn’t water deeply enough. I watered it for 20 mins 3 times per week. After I doubled that to 40 mins 3 times per week it got better.
If you water at night you tend to encourage disease as the water sits on the leaf for longer. As a matter of interest what grass type is your lawn?
