Give her more light!! I see you have a window there, even if you could rotate the pot so that the vines were facing the window, that would help lots. You can cut the bald vines off and any brown and let her start fresh.

Just an FYI, this plant is a scindapsus, not a pothos.
My scindapsus started growing like this about a year ago, and so I chopped all the leafless vines after the last leaf, and it sent out new vines with leaves afterwards. The reason yours is doing this is the plant isn’t getting enough light, so it grows runners without leaves hoping to find more light.
What I would do if I were you is move the plant to a brighter location, and chop the vines off in the locations I’ve marked in the image. You can try to propagate the cuttings if you’d like, but leafless scindapsus cuttings tend to be very difficult to root. A grow light pointed at the main plant would also work well.

More light
I would definitely keep an eye on light exposure and hydration.
On a side note, just the vines look really cool!
More light and mist the vines.
