Problems with Jessenia

I bought this Jessenia pothos from Lowe’s maybe 4 months ago. I’ve not repotted it at all and have noticed after purchasing it that some of the leaves seem damaged or browned or torn. At first I thought this was my fault but I don’t think so as it now keeps happening. I don’t see root rot and I don’t see bugs and I do let it dry out between waterings. It is on a bookshelf in a north facing window that gets bright light in the morning. I can’t put it anywhere else or my cats will eat it. I brought it to work after purchasing it but it was too dry there and I couldn’t give it a good soak at work. So now it’s home and seems happy enough (no dry droopy leaves) but the browned and holey leaves do not. Any idea what could be going on and how I could treat it? I attached pictures of one vine and what it’s doing. Note that this is NOT occurring on every vine, just a some of them.
