Im looking to grow barley, oats, wheat, Buffalo grass, and other kinds of grass to feed this guy. It will be in a raised bed. What could i do without chemicals to help the grass get started and stay growing? I am located in abaline texas.

I was actually thinking of doing something like that for guinea pigs. Because im afraid to give them an unknown grass with potentially chemicals on it 🤔
Stir some compost and manure into the soil in the bed, then chuck your seeds in and keep moist. These should all be pretty simple to grow.
