Moved from Miami to LA 3 years ago and rented out my house in the meantime. Currently in the process of renovating and rehabbing the place. I’m thinking I may just have to sod the place all over again. Any other alternatives?
This is in Miami? I think you can recover most of it without resodding everything. It may be beyond the scope of an average homeowner to do in just 1 season though.

Looks like a decent amount of St Aug to work with. Celsius, pre-emerg, and fertilizer. Should look pretty decent after a full growing season
