Not sure what I need to do here. I’m in North Carolina and have many different weeds growing all over. I used Torocity but saw no results over the fall. I appreciate any thoughts or advice!
Now’s the time to get some pre-emergent down and spot treat the weeds.
Then come spring since the weeds will be weaker or dead, your warm season grass should be able to suffocate a good chunk of them.
You might have some weeds that are so rooted in that it’ll take a couple years of treatment to really get them out. (Looking at you Dallas grass)

Most weed killers need the plants to have active metabolism to work quickly and efficiently. Those plants are just hanging out probably mostly dormant.

Warm it up, if you need it green now, I’d recommend increasing ground temps to about 65°f+ consistently. If you are unable to do this, I’d wait till the season changes and it warms up a bit more and does so naturally

Baking soda will kill anything you can sprinkle it on or .mix with water and table salt, it’s slow but definitely deadly

I have not had much luck with the moss herbicides or lime. I have had the most successful working heavily on one section at a time. Can’t do it everywhere all at once. I would cut the moss manually and remove it. Then put down a generous portion seed with a top dressing of topsoil/compost. I have used a tiller to break it up and seed. But it leads to compaction right after. I have not had much luck with lime yet but I did 2 applications this year ill let you know if it makes a difference this spring.

What’s the grass type?
Edit: if Bermuda you need to ditch the torocity. It’s not labeled for Bermuda nor safe on it. Also not a great herbicide for what you need. I’d get some prodiamine down in the next few weeks. And cool power herbicide would be a good option this time of year to clean up the existing broadleaf weeds. That or a 3 way like speed zone. Just spay on a warm day! Please read the product label

Wait a few months and Spring will save it.
Wish my lawn looked that nice.
