Golden pothos with some leaves turning brown. My app says it is diseased?
Do you think it is diseased or something else?
This plant is supposed to be easy.
I have another golden that we have practically ignore & it is still plugging along.

Plant looks fine? Is that the only leaf that looks like that?
Don’t follow the apps. They offer weird advice at best, harmful at worst.
The leaf tips browning is likely from waiting a little too long between waterings.
By ‘app’ do you mean one of those dumb AI apps that takes a picture and “diagnoses” stuff? Don’t mind that, they’re garbage lol
We need to see the soil and know more about what those roots are lookin like

Needs more food. Transplant into a larger pot, preferably with some good soil. Make sure it has good drainage.
A good mix is 1/3 peat moss, 1/3 pumice, 1/3 worm castings.
You can keep it in this size pot, but you are not doing it any good, and you would need to top feed with teas.
Those apps are weird… just be cool 💚
I use the plant app Picture This and it is constantly misdiagnosing and misidentifying plants. I essentially only use it as a plant journal. I can’t speak for all plant apps but they can’t be relied on for accurate info.
