Is she still savable? I forgot her outside and it was 20 or less last night.. I feel so bad it’s still super green should I cut off more?

I wouldn’t cut of anymore, i would wait and see how the leaves develop. You can still remove them once the plant has taken all the nutrients it can out of the damaged leaves. Just keep it at room temp and wait for now

I’d honestly be tempted to just chop up the whole thing and try my luck propping the sticks. Typically when a plant freezes, the cell walls burst and that’s pretty much it, but idk, maybe you could try to see if there’s enough live tissue in the stems to cut them all down to one node per stick, throw it in a plastic bag with damp moss and under some strong grow lights.

Keep it like that and watch for browning, remove anything that is browning as it is. You could also try gently squeezing the stems and if they feel squishy at all snip them. If the roots are alive you want to do your best to give them energy to regrow and if there is any dead connected to them they will be supplying all their energy to that to try and keep it alive. You could also try doing a VERY diluted fertilizing just to give them a little extra energy.

I recently had a pepper plant I loved with two plants in the pot in my greenhouse when the heater went out and one of the pepper plants died back to the roots, everything above dead that one came back from a node under the dirt. The other one had about 2” of living above the dirt and got a lot more stems growing from it.
