Do I need a taller pole for my beauty?

I currently have a coir pole for my girl to climb, but she's definitely starting to take over the length. I stupidly did not get one that is stackable (beginner level plant mom), and now her growth just seems to be taking over and needing a taller pole. Problem being is she's really attached to the pole I placed. So what's the best way to go about removing the initial coir pole and placing a taller, stackable version without upsetting her in her glory?
