They need more light! You might consider grow lights especially on the table further from the windows.
I use grow light bulbs in various lamps or halo LED grow lights. Both work wonders.

Yes it does!! I turned my home office into a tropical jungle for better seasonal health in the dark winter months. LED grow lighting replaces the need for my Alaska Northern Lights™ Northstar.
