Since she’s been in my care her leaves have been dropping one by one, and she’s defo getting droopier and less and less green 🙂↕️ I saw online I only should water once every 2 weeks but it looks very dry after a few days / one week. Should I repot or add more soil? What about the babies growing at the soil level?
She lives near the window but it’s pretty grey in London these days

That soil does not look good. Get some good potting soil and mix it with perlite. Water when it feels dry. Never water on a schedule. And you probably need a grow light.
Just water it
Its a swamp plant, do not let it dry out completely and it will be fine.
No growlight needed since its a swamp plant…
They like light airy soil. That soil looks pretty dense and very moist. If you can get some new soil and add permits, pumice and even some orchid bark. They should only be watered when the soil is dry. When you water it, let the water drain out of the pot. Don’t leave water in the saucer. They also like a lot of light.
I couldn’t keep mine alive, I tried too much that it died.
Terra cotta pots tend to dry out pretty quickly it’s probably too dry. Mine tend to be happier in glazed pots where the soil stays moist a bit longer (I’ll water plants in terra cotta more frequently and usually just feel the soil if it’s dry I’ll water if it’s wet I won’t).
If it’s winter where you are or cold and it’s too close to a cold window that could be a factor as well, dry plus cold is bad for the roots.
