Please help!! This is the first winter that they’ve been hung like this. Do I need to trim? Seems like all the dead leaves are coming from the one same vine. Thank you!

How much light does the plant get?
Maybe check the roots, there could be some root rot or the pot is too small?

As far as I know it could be just normal that some leaves die on such a long vine, especially in winter, but most of the time it is because of a light or root issue

So unfortunately this is just part of growing a pothos in a way it doesn’t naturally grow. It’s a climbing vine by nature, so while draping of pinning them to a wall *appears* like it’s climbing, the aerial roots are not engaged. So the longer the vines get without finding something to climb up, the more likely it will begin to drop leaves in an attempt to conserve energy to continue the search. This is common enough of a question it got it town post flair lol

Your options are to cut it back or leave it bald. I would prop the nodes & plant back in the pot

If it is just a few leaves, then no issue. The plant will get rid of leaves in less food places, and use the nutrients to grow new leaves in better places.
