Hello all! Been growing plants for a few years and recently acquired some air plants. This is my second airplant I’m attempting, but it seems like the base is becoming rotted? A few leaves recently fell off at the base. I’ve been watering it maybe once every 2 weeks, with airplant spray food. Thanks.

Looks healthy to me. You’re not watering it enough, though. Sure, they’re desert plants, but their native habitat is one that gets daily moisture from morning fog from the ocean. They get a bath every day.
I dunk water weekly and spray daily. Also make sure she gets bright indirect light of at least 15,000 lumens.
When you soak/mist try to keep the bulb as dry as possible. They soak up water through the leaves so soaking upside down is best. Each time that bulb gets saturated it will eventually lead to rot
