Hi, I'm new to airplants, was given this beast by my Mum that she'd had just hanging on a fence for goodness knows how long.

Is the brown connecting this all root? I can't tell if there are any pups. It flowered recently so I think healthy enough.

Basically, I'm wondering whether it's safe to break this into multiple pieces to bring indoors and display more attractively?

I’m sure you can, but *WOW*!

I’m pretty sure there’s either an import/export law that requires roots to be trimmed before shipment (possibly internationally only)… but I’m interested to see what the experts say on this gnarly beast.
