Good advice mindset is key stay positive and work hard , for me social media hasn’t gotten me much jobs and ads waste of money in my opinion I’ve had more luck door knocking or handing out cards or meeting with realtors and it’s cheaper than ads

I notice ALL these “how to start your own business” videos are always just “motivation speech videos” and never actually explain how to start your business. 😂😂😂 always a mentality thing and how you needa work out and all those nonsense. Rather than explaining the business aspect . How to post ads , closing jobs , collecting deposits etc. I’m currently starting my own concrete business and the one thing nobody talks about when starting , is funding . Nobody talks about how to fund materials as a new business owner. They don’t teach you how to you can fund 10k projects with no money in your bank account , and the answer to that is collect 40% deposit , 30% on pour ,30% when forms are stripped . When giving your bid. Make sure your bid is profitable enough so that 40% deposit covers all your overhead

I'm 16 years old almost 17; I started my business at the age of 15 on March 9 2023, I had my last $25 in my wallet and I came up with the idea to start a landscaping business, so I bought a corded weedwacker for $25 on OfferUp. It took about a week to come up with a name. After some time I branded myself across different social media platforms, started getting calls and worked everyday for about a year. The grace of God has allowed me to grow an income of $25 to $10,000 in one year. I had honestly set a goal for $10,000 and I reached it.
Anything is possible through God and put your mind to it.
