How should I plant this begonia cutting?

First time propagator here… it looks like this little guy is getting close to being ready to put in a pot, but in the water it grew in a kind of C shape with the roots pretty much only on the bottom.

When the time comes, how should I plant it?

Option A seems better to me because the stem with the leaves will be standing straight up, but option B might be right because the part of the stem that’s in the dirt would be oriented correctly underground?

Any help would be appreciated, I want to get my first prop right!
