I started growing the little guy from a seed maybe 8 weeks ago (sometime in November I think) and he had one leaf before which I cut off because it looked weird and brown and thought I might have mechanically stressed / scratched it somehow, but now this seems to be spreading to other leaves as well. I just repotted him into a bigger pot on the 9th January and added a small amount of general purpose green plant (slow release) fertilizer (NPK 16-14-14 + 2Mg) and switched to distilled water since my tap water is rather hard here with 19°dH, and I've read that Mangos don't like chalk. The tip in the first picture was already browning, but not crispy like it is now when I cut off the other leaf that didn't look well. Again I thought mechanical damage, but it's showing up on other leaves now too. He was potted in coconut coir, but now I've switched to a mix (1:1:1) of coconut coir, chili soil (weakly fertilized soil), and minerals (lava, zeolite, pumice). No visible pests as far as I can tell. I also gave him a little bit of diluted iron fertilizer when I repotted him.
Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong and how I can help the little guy, or should I just wait it out and live with it?

just take it easy mate, that pot might be a little bigger for him, let the soil dry out, i think the brown leaf could be due excesive watering, i would go back to use tap water…
