Looking for help to see what is going on here. Our neighbors lawns don’t have this. And it randomly started showing up hoping it’s not some sort of pest causing this. It runs along our entire edge and stops at our neighbors. There’s a few soil clumps in the lawn itself as well

  1. Would love to hear some answers on this. I have it too. My assumption was water drainage as I believe my yard is terrible in this space.

I get this a few times a year from a gopher.

Moles and/or voles tunneling. Eating earthworms and other insects.

Probably moles. They do that to my lawn along my driveway every friggin year.

Probably moles. They have these things on Amazon you can buy and stick into the ground that makes a noise and gets rid of them. Got rid of mine in two weeks.

The downside is they are very loud and annoying.

Bait with Talpirid worms in tunnels. I like to wait 3-4 weeks. Then start using YardGuard. Or, skip the bait and straight to granular deterrent.

Tends to get worse before it gets better with this. They start searching for food but can’t find it. But it Does work. Reapply every 3 months for ongoing deterrent.

Mole. Get a plunger style trap. The only true way to solve your problem is to expire the mole
