40 days since seed-down from bare dirt. Originally had a very old St. Augustine Cultivar that was awful, took almost two weeks to get it all out. This will survive until June/July which I’ll probably go with a Celebration or TifTuff Bermuda sod. Part of me hopes the SPF-30 may survive since it’s more heat tolerant and I have irrigation, but I won’t keep my hopes up, for now I’ll enjoy the green lawn while others go dormant.

Looks good, seems like a really good mix of seed!
You put Kentucky blue grass in central Florida best I can read. And then hope to switch to Bermuda in spring. Wild.
Bermuda is great. Waiting until July is probably not a good idea. Spending time and money on cool season grass here is not ideal. I think seeding is done in a few commercial uses to help manage large areas through winter dormancy. But again, fairly rare.
Lay your sod in March or April. That way it’s rooted by middle of summer July. Otherwise you’ll water 3 times a day for a month at the height of summer trying to keep sod wet and growing
