My style….cut off both tip end of the banana, then wash them before boiling them till tender. Pour the hot water and cool them with cold water. Then make a cut through the green skin from one tip to the other to enable you remove the skin. Peel the ready bananas and deep fry in hot oil. Better still if the banana had slightly started to ripen. Thank me later!😊
Blessings to my favorite vlogger🥰. I always enjoy watching you cook. The homestead is still beautiful even when it’s cold! Thanks so much for sharing your morning. Blessings for a grand week. I watched this vlog twice because outside everything is saying “serenity “!!!💜🙏🏾🌹🙋🏾♀️
Sap: That sticky substance. Tell your mother she taught well; that is how to peel matooke! Baganda call it "kuwaata.". They would be proud of you, sis. I can almost smell the katogo you are cooking. Bon appetit and thank you for this video. Oh, how I wish I could partake!

It's banana Sap, can be quite messy
Boiling green bananas for10 to 15min before peeling is hack I've learnt of lately.. Bye bye dirty hands
Here in uganda we call then matoke they really look nice, its actually eaten a lot here
Boil them for a little while then easily peel.
Jael, thanks for your content. You can also soak the bananas in water before you peel them. As long as your hands are wet, the sap doesn't stick.
The bananas look yummy.
Someone told me that when you give cows bananas peels they don’t produce milk. Is that true?
Banana stain to drain.
