Definitely Adiantum, i dont know which species though. And i would assume that its not super rare but im not very familiar with SE Asian flora.

And in south east asia this is a pretty widespread kind of fern. Good catch though! They’re very pretty
possibly Adiantum capillus-veneris? a maiden hair fern, it has a cosmopolitan distribution so it’s found across the world
