Urine is good too 😊
Shame there wasn’t a clip of legendary Peter Cundall talking about the benefits of manure in gardening, since he was such a strong advocate and face of Gardening Australia for almost 2 decades.
I’m not doing anything close to this as a renter.
If it’s not in a pot, I don’t want to hear about it…..
If it can’t be moved after 12 months, it’s impractical.
Perhaps they should send a coupleof trucks to Parliament. Plenty of manure in there!
My word. The ultimate, and the pinacle of all manures, worm castings.
Nobody mentions how high sodium content is
Many clips about manure usage performed by Tino and non was listed here.
I love you Gardening Australia
I enjoyed that! I have noticed that there are some really good Australian gardening channels out there! I watch from Canada. It’s a shame that gardeners have to worry about those nasty long lasting Grazon type herbicides these days!
I live in Melbourne with a small backyard but have always wanted pet quails for the manure and as a smaller alternative to chooks!
A large quantity of nappies are dumped in the bushland by thoughtless parents who are too lazy to dispose of them in the bin .
You mentioned the need to be careful where and how to use products of composting toilets but would it be posdible to have a separate compost area for nappies?
The composted nappies could in time be added to flower beds and be the secret ingredient for prize flowers at the Agricultural Shows.
Good info. Beautiful location and view.
