  1. I love this version; I also liked and watched the shorter version. I love the longer videos because they entertain me longer and I love watching Garden Answer. Both are great and both have advantages but longer is always better (when watching Laura and crew) for me. Thank you. Have a blessed day everyone.

  2. I didn't notice anything different on this video from the morning one I watched. I hope I am watching the real Garden Answer and not a fake. I know her videos have been stolen many times.

  3. I'm sure it becomes difficult, Laura and Aaron, to make everyone happy all of the time, which is impossible to do with nearly 2 million subscribers and the high amount of viewers each day, 6 days a week. I applaud you for trying to please the majority when at all possible, but I mostly want you to please yourselves. Do what you both want to do. Its your channel/channels/business. Opperate your business your way. Answer, or dont answer questions that you are not prepared to answer. Regardless, there will "always" be someone unhappy. This is your legacy.

  4. Thank you so much for this version. Have only watched this version. Hope you will continue. As a suggestion: putting – No music in the title. It’s real helpful for migraine and other ailments sufferers to see in the title beforehand.

  5. I never miss your videos and have been watching since the very beginning. I think what you’re hearing here (and I agree) is mostly a preference for longer videos but I wouldn’t assume that means you shouldn’t speed some things up or use music. I personally like the music and I confess I sometimes get bored with video after video that is mostly planting. I really enjoy the other things you add like the upcoming plans or other projects or the family.

Just one loyal viewer’s opinion. ❀

  6. Yay, we get to hear The Paul! I wish he would make his own channel to show us all his handyman skills, but for now I am happy that he is getting more centre stage.

  7. Love the longer version❀ I do enjoy seeing the boys and the behind the scenes work that we don’t normally see without a speedy view! ❀🏑🌼🌿🌺

  8. I have a smaller tree with beautiful copper bark that should survive in your area as I am zone 6a but drop to -15C to -20C regularly in the winter. It’s a Paper bark maple, Acer Griseum, and the fall colour is a stunning orange.

  9. Ahahah I just realized if Paul/Bethany ever makes their own channels, they’d have such a good following to start!! The ripple effects of Garden Answer being such a wholesome thing

  10. I watched the first one while I was loading the dishwasher this morning and felt like I missed most of it, so I came back this afternoon to rewatch, and lo and behold! an uncut version! Perfect! πŸŽ‰

Question: I keep thinking about getting an auger. They seem like such a simplified way to plant! But I'm really little–4' 11" and very tiny, weak wrists. My 11 year old daughter's wrists are bigger than mine. πŸ˜• Do you think I'm better off sticking with a shovel?

  11. I'm ok with never hearing music again ! I want to hear what is going on around you in the garden , your world ! … much more natural … and yes the longer the better ! β˜ΊπŸ’œ

  12. I love all of your videos! But, I do love the longer versions. I also enjoy the occasionally music that you use. The music you all use is beautiful and fits your channel wonderfully!

  13. This is so much better, and what I'd personally prefer seeing. In the other videos where everything is sped up it's like we spend more time watching them drive a tracker for 10 minutes and then a 3 second planting clip at the end. Do this more often.

  14. This was great. Everything is coming together beautifully. β€πŸŒ³πŸŒΎπŸ’β€

  15. Well since you're asking lol I liked the audio (Aaron commenting on the water at the beginning), music and speeding up the tree trimming on your regular channel version. I like that this one is at regular pace (except the tree trim, I skipped through that).

The beginning of both was a tad abrupt. It would have been nice to see that at the end with maybe a voice over explaining why it's being shown. It feels choppy.

  16. Laura, have you ever considered planting an area of nothing but evergreens and pines? No deciduous no annuals or perennials just a low maintenance area. I think it would look beautiful seeing all the different tone on tone colors, textures and structures of different pines and evergreen species together.

  17. When digging holes with shovels and augers. Do you see a difference in the quality of the plant growing better. . Beside the auger just being easier do you think it's better for the plant development.

  18. Definitely prefer a longer format – and without audio overlays, it seems more authentic somehow. Additional video overlays always welcome – extra pictures, name clarifications and Pulp Fiction clips always appreciated. (Last week's "Highlights" editing was absolutely brilliant Taylor.)

  19. Your editor Taylor I believe, does a great job!! I love both the edited and a little more uncut version! πŸ’•

  20. Your property is already amazing. It just gets better and better. I love following the progress and have learned so much.

  21. I do like the music and speed up but maybe less. I love that you explain and give information but you do not spend the whole time talking as other gardeners. Just the right amount. I am so impressed at how you control the camera. PERFECT!
