When we first saw this property, we were a little skeptical of what we were getting into. The front yard was insane and the backyard was even more insane. This house didn’t have a clear path to the front door and supposedly no one was living here, but after getting started, we noticed that there were some beaten paths in the grass to the front door. Later in the job, some of the neighbors came and gave us some backstory on the property. The owner apparently lives in California but never comes to check on the property and the person living there is somehow staying there without his permission… We kept thinking whoever was inside would come outside but thankfully they didn’t.     Great price on that desk. I would guess you're sitting at it given you're on your feet all day. I am lazy. If I were doing this, I would mulch it, trim, and not haul away all that debris! That's half the work. Thanks for the video! 💯
