Aphids and scale
Parenn
White oil for the scale (the brown things on the leaves). It’ll help with the aphids (the black bugs), but neem oil or pyrethroids will do better on them.

Aphids and scale. Depends on the size of the tree, one option is to hand squash them all if it’s a little tree. If you’re happy to spray with something there are a lot of options out there. I used wettable sulphur on mine as it dissuaded the ants that bring the scale as well as killing the scale, and its a relatively ‘natural’ product. Does smell like eggs though.

White oil 5-10ml per litre plus Maverik ( for anything else like juvenile stink bugs) 7.5ml -10ml per litre is my go to citrus spray. Spray super early or in the dark before the bees are active

I make my own oil… its a cup of vegetable oil and a few tablespoons of dishwashing liquid. Shake it up and it makes white oil concentration. I use a few teaspoons in a 500ml spray bottle filled with water. I use it on all my plants.

Aphids. You can kill them naturally without neem oil. Create a barrier around the trunk with petroleum jelly so ants can’t get to them and then gently rub over them with your fingers. They’re very delicate so they’ll just pop from you touching them. Eventually, they’ll die off when the ladybugs arrive
