Here are some notes;
1if that is a weeping willow (Salix), I would replace it with something else as willows tent to litter daily. With that structure below it some tree with more horizontal branch stucture might look better or if you really want something that cascades down, why not a climber growing on that structure.
2 small pieces of lawn are hard to maintain and even more hard if it has edging with brickwork
