How you filled broken with flowers repeat next year beautiful.
One way to prevent annual salvia from being damaged by wind would be to grow it through peony support frames then it will be strong enough to not sway and crack in places.
Love all the sunflowers. Do you, or the kids ever get stung by bees?
Listening to you talk about the differences in some 2 gallon and 5 gallon plants makes me wonder… Do nurseries generally hold those "new" 5 gallon plants back until they're bigger (have rooted in more), or do they just put them all out? I'm sure you can't speak for all nurseries, just curious. Lol
The fountain looks perfect and just elevates the entire area with its simplicity 👌
I have a question about rocks and augers. We have lots of rocks in Spokane south hill, and they can get big like yours at 21:54 and on. How do your augers stand up to those big rocks? Do they stop when they hit a big rock?? I watch you daily and wish I could have an auger with my rocky garden???
I'm so glad you are planning to put the broken salvia branches in a vase. I'll bet they look spectacular!
The circular planting area looks killer right now.
The fountain is amazing! Any chance birds are enjoying it? 😊
Did you know Tachailowski was also a gardener. I sent you the link. Beautiful like your gardens. Love listening to Waltz of the Roses. Aaron should consider using for back ground drone video.
Thank you
❤❤❤❤
Laura it is so pretty. You should go back and see where you have come from with the uneven brick space and raised bed. Love your design and look forward to seeing it continue to come together.
Hi Laura and Aaron. Out of all the small boxwoods you have, which do you prefer? I am in California high desert 8b. I am considering using boxwoods as a hedge. You have taught me how to garden. Thank you😊
Looks great! I agree, it mow needs more furniture. What about a bistro set in the area?
The way you are imitating your dad so accurately. You were just like him.😂😂😂
What do you use as mulch again? I know you don’t really use what we know as mulch.
Love seeing the statue moved forward. She looks like she belongs there! Beautiful mulch and grass!
What a Blessing So Beautiful & Peaceful May YHWH God continue to bless you and your family
I absolutely love the fountain and starue! Im sure you have mentioned, or if anyone here knows, what type of mulch you use? Looks so good!
I wonder if a peony support would work with the salvia? Might help those exposed to more wind not break and splay apart.
Give yourself some grace in gardening and don’t worry so much about perfect placement. When plants grow they fill their own space.
Bethany and Paul need your kneeling pads. No one wants to have knee surgery.
The fountain is lovely it would be nice with lights highlighting it with up lights from. under the benches as well as inside each layer …. I love listening water from fountains but not dripping taps … but I would need a toilet near by now ,! X
I love watching your projects come together! I think we all know that a pond / stream will be placed by the kitchen. 😉 It seems like the perfect time….Locust tree is coming out, fixing the bricks dur to the sand, the fireplace needing refurbished, a blank space behind the fireplace… it's the perfect time. Please say yes!
