I started this Potager garden five years ago, and it is in need of some work. Having worked in it, I have found some issues and some personal preferences, and I am ready to renovate it! In this video, I share with you what those issues and preferences are and how I am addressing them with my renovation plans. I also show what is growing now!

  1. For the weeds I suggest putting cardboard down, wet it thoroughly & put some mulch over top. Keep the cardboard wet/moist. The cardboard will smother the weeds & then breakdown into the soil.
I know this is not much help for the gravel areas without a lot of work, but would be good in the beds. You can plant amongst the cardboard.
I have had good success in my garden with this method.
