Received this monstera cutting from my sis and want to not kill it. The straight part (opposite the chute/root/thing) is where she clipped it.
Should the entire thing be submerged?

If you could get the stem out of water that would be ideal
In my experience a stem without a leaf will rot if submerged. Try tape over the box to create a smaller opening where the stem can be on
