Might need a better picture of the long one but… not sure the fuzzy one is going to make it. Usually what you need is the ‘nub’ that attaches the leaf to the stem. Without that, most props won’t grow roots. It looks like you got enough nub for the long one to sprout. Not sure if the exact advice to give since I don’t know the plants but… I would still try with the fuzzy one! You never know what will root. Sometimes the plant’ signals get messed up and something magical happens.
