It’s the Garden in August, and today, I’m topping my tomato plants and harvesting vegetables and basil from the Polycrub. I also share my pesto recipe and how I preserve it for winter along with a new indoor composting system that is an absolute game changer. We then head back outside to plant Malabar spinach in the greenhouse and to secure and train the apple tree archways and Minarette trees between them.
