I got these Lithops about 3 weeks ago, I repotted them and watered a bit. Since I have left them in a sunny window spot and haven't touched them. However I've noticed these white spots slowly forming and can't seem to figure out if it's scale, edema, calcuim build up? As a newbie I can't tell the difference. Please help 🙏 any advice on the issue, how to treat or better care for these cuties.

Looks like some edema. How much water did you give them when you first repotted?
Please change the soil. It is too organic, causing water to retain for a long time. Try using soil that are bery coarse — pumice, zeolite, perlite, etc. — and don’t water it for at least a week to let it adjust to its new environment.
You need to change the soil like other suggested.
Regarding the white spot, it may be due to water droplets remaining on the lithop. Under direct sun light, those droplets concentrate light and burn part of the tissue. I have seen that happened to some of my lithops when I directly pour water on them, instead of soaking the pots. Just my hypothesis.
