I uploaded about a month back a picture of three lithops I purchased and I am wondering if they are doing great since I am a first-timer. One of them seems to be changing shape while the other two seem completely fine. Is something wrong with it?

Does it feel squishy? Have you checked the roots for rot? I would take it out to check to see if it’s healthy, but I’m a noob, and kill all my lithops by assuming they’re dead and then simply watering them while they are dormant. They can handle a lot more drought than I thought. It might be trying to split. Hope someone who knows stuff can help!
