Can someone tell me what is happening to my Euphorbia?

All of my euphoria are defoliating with yellow curled leaves. They are in a south facing location that receives a lot of sun which I thought would be ok for them. Soil doesn’t seem too wet or too dry. Is this sunburn or something else?
