Hey! First time grower (amazed everything is still alive). I wondered if anyone else's corri plans have bolted quicker than normal due to the amazing weather? I'm based in Dublin.

I'm going to harvest the seeds for cooking but will new plants grow into the winter if I sow this week?

(This is also a yellow sticker shop rescue from June).

This happens to us whenever we grow coriander, doesn’t matter where (greenhouse, outdoors, indoors).

Idk why but I’ve just given up on it.

I’ve had cauliflower and parsley bolt this year too, which hasn’t happened us before.

    It’s annoying.

Has happened to me this year and last, lasted a bit longer this year before bolting but I think our up and down weather causes it, also if you repot and disturb the roots this will cause it to bolt straight away too so better off just direct sowing outside.

Be sure to let the seeds develop and dry out on the plant so you can replant next year and ground some for dried coriander seasoning! It’s much better than what you’ll get in the shops

The leaves are still aromatic even after the plant bolts, and green seeds are absolutely amazing, much better than when they’re ripe
