I love kalanchoe, I have several! They are very easy to prop, I’d just trim off a few nodes under new growth and put it right into nicely draining soil mix. Give it plenty of light and water sparingly and it’ll do fine.

You can also prop in water. They love a good pruning and will throw out tons of growth after a good hair cut

If this is your plant I would chop off all the leggy portions then cut off stems about 2 inches from bottom leaves and put them in water after scarring over. You can even put bare stems without leaves in a prob box
