3 tsp each of Fox Grow and Big Bloom to gallon of water. Just got this stuff and I added 2 cups to each pot. Did I do wrong? They are growing outside. Only been watering with tap water.

the leaves are curling because there is too much fertilizer. nitrogen burn for sure. also, some of the surface soil looks dry. fully water it – like saturate that soil. dont just pour from a cup or jug. get something like a watering can or a hose nozzle the spreads the water out.

then, LEAVE IT ALONE – do not add mad cal or any other fertilizer or anything. just leave it and let the soil dry a bit. you want a consistency where you can make a small ball of soil in your fist that holds it’s shape but isn’t too sticky and comes apart with some poking. hard to tell from the picture but it looks like this pot is only about 1/3 full. you really want it totally full to give a plant from to spread its roots – otherwise it will stay a stunted plant
