I think I have overwatered them and have put them in full sun to try and dry them out. Have I ruined them?

    There’s no crocus in that photo but it’s worth remembering that individual flowers don’t last forever.

    They are marigolds, water till moist in hot weather.

    Give them water and some plant food and they will bounce back.

    Marigolds are hardy and will bounce back, should keep producing flowers into September, with older ones dying off during that time. If you leave the dead ones on you can let them go to seed and save the “pods” for next year, just be careful removing them so seeds don’t disperse!
