Appears a succulent called “huernias”, but i am note sure

Not a cactus and not a Euphorbia. This one is in the dogbane family, Apocynaceae. As u/CreativeLake6643 mentioned, Huernia is a good guess but this one might be hard to ID the species without a flower.

I’d guess Huernia zebrina,,, if the flower looks like a plump bumhole and smells like one, then it is haha, but huernia nevertheless
