👋🙏♥️🙏👋Miss Sue, I wish I would have grown beets this year. Or tried. 😅We have a small garden and didn’t plant much, mostly green beans, they died out in short time. Yellow zucchini, green zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, okra died out, didn’t get any. But I love beets guess I’ll buy them from Wally World. Or any market that has them. Try them buttered & salted. I think they are good this way, Harvard and pickled too. Have a great day today and please pray for our country everyone, no matter your party of choice. Looks like such a nice garden! Do you get the hornworm on your tomato plants? I only have 9 tomato plants and they are not all close together but I have picked so many hornworms off of these plants and so far lost two tomatoes probably for this reason.
You’re wasting the beet greens. They are delicious.
