I haven’t watered them in a month, because I understood it’s their dormancy period now. They are wrinkly and quite mushy to touch. Do they need watering or are they overwatered?
And can you tell me what’s that strange spot on the bigger one( the left one in the first picture and right one in the second).

The spot is likely some edema from last overwatering, but shouldn’t be too big of a concern. I would recommend giving these guys a water as long as you have a good well draining soil mix and see if they perk up
Any drainage in that receptacle?
Is it the same size stones all the way down, or are they just a decorative layer at the top? Lithops wouldn’t have much for their roots to hold on to with those big air gaps
